These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website, premises, services, facilities, memberships, and the purchase of goods from THE GLOW GROUP NE LIMITED (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing our website, entering our premises, making a booking, purchasing goods, or using any of our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

1. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.

2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms apply to:

  • Use of our website and online booking systems

  • Entry to and use of our premises

  • UV tanning services

  • Wellness and beauty room services

  • Memberships, packages, credits, and subscriptions

  • Retail product purchases

  • Promotions, vouchers, and offers

  • Use of customer parking facilities

Additional policies, notices, declarations, and schedules, including Schedule A (UV Risk Acceptance and Waiver), form part of these Terms.

3. Website Use and Online Services

  1. Our website is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

  2. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website.

  3. Content is provided for general information only and does not constitute medical advice.

  4. We are not responsible for failures, delays, or outages caused by third-party booking, hosting, or payment platforms.

  5. Third-party platform terms may apply in addition to these Terms.

4. Bookings, Purchases and Payment

  1. All bookings and purchases are subject to availability and acceptance by us.

  2. Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

  3. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking or purchase unless agreed in writing.

  4. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or reverse any transaction where misuse, error, or breach of these Terms is identified.

  5. In the event of pricing or description errors, we may cancel the transaction and issue a refund.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

  1. Chargebacks raised for services already used or provided in accordance with these Terms may be disputed.

  2. We reserve the right to recover administrative and chargeback fees where disputes are raised in breach of these Terms.

  3. Customer accounts and memberships may be suspended while disputes are ongoing.

6. Age Restrictions and Identification

  1. UV tanning services are strictly restricted to individuals aged 18 or over, in accordance with the Sunbeds (Regulation) Act 2010.

  2. Valid photographic identification may be requested at any time.

  3. Failure to provide ID will result in refusal of service without exception.

7. Health, Medical Disclosure and Suitability

  1. All services are used at your own risk.

  2. You must disclose any medical conditions, medications, skin sensitivities, pregnancy, or other factors that may affect your suitability for services.

  3. We do not provide medical advice. You remain solely responsible for determining whether services are appropriate for you.

  4. We reserve the right to refuse service where use may pose a health or safety risk.

8. UV Tanning Services

  1. UV tanning sessions must be used strictly in accordance with exposure guidelines, session limits, and staff instructions.

  2. Protective eyewear must be worn at all times.

  3. Failure to comply with safety instructions will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

  4. Use of UV tanning equipment is subject to Schedule A: UV Risk Acceptance and Waiver, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Wellness and Beauty Room Services

  1. THE GLOW GROUP (NE) Limited bare no liability for any services provided in rented beauty rooms.

10. Memberships, Packages and Credits

  1. Memberships and packages are personal and non-transferable unless agreed in writing.

  2. Expiry dates apply. Unused sessions or credits may be forfeited after expiry.

  3. We may amend membership pricing, benefits, or structure with reasonable notice.

  4. Memberships may be suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.

11. Cancellations and Refunds

  1. Services that have been used or commenced are non-refundable.

  2. Refunds for unused services or memberships are discretionary and subject to consumer law.

  3. Retail products may be returned in line with statutory rights.

  4. Online purchases may be cancelled within 14 days where applicable, provided no service has been used.

12. Promotions, Vouchers and Offers

  1. Promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

  2. Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  3. Expiry dates apply. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.

13. Conduct and Refusal of Service

  1. Customers must behave respectfully at all times.

  2. We reserve the right to refuse entry or service without explanation.

  3. Aggressive, abusive, intoxicated, unsafe, or unlawful behaviour will result in immediate refusal of service.

  4. Staff decisions regarding safety and service refusal are final.

14. Parking Terms

  1. Customer parking bays provided by us are for customer use only.

  2. Maximum stay is one (1) hour per visit.

  3. Parking is permitted only while using our services.

  4. Vehicles are parked entirely at the owner’s risk.

  5. We accept no liability for loss, damage, theft, or parking penalties incurred while using customer parking bays.

  6. We reserve the right to monitor parking usage and take reasonable action where misuse occurs.

15. Personal Property and Lost Items

  1. Personal belongings are brought onto our premises at your own risk.

  2. We are not responsible for loss or damage unless required by law.

  3. Lost property may be held for a limited period before disposal. We are under no obligation to store items.

16. CCTV

  1. CCTV operates in and around our premises for safety, security, and crime prevention.

  2. Footage may be reviewed and shared with authorities where legally required.

  3. CCTV is operated in accordance with UK data protection law.

17. Photography, Recording and Social Media

  1. Photography or recording may be restricted within our premises.

  2. We reserve the right to require filming or photography to cease at any time.

  3. Customers must not record staff or other customers without consent.

18. Equality and Accessibility

  1. We comply with the Equality Act 2010.

  2. Reasonable adjustments will be considered where possible.

  3. Safety requirements may override adjustments where necessary.

19. Limitation of Liability

  1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss.

  2. We are not liable for loss arising from misuse of services or failure to follow instructions.

  3. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

20. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless THE GLOW GROUP NE LIMITED from any claims, losses, or costs arising from:

  • Failure to disclose medical information

  • Misuse of equipment

  • Breach of these Terms

21. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including fire, flood, power failure, strikes, or government action.

22. Assignment and Business Transfer

We may transfer or assign these Terms to another group company or purchaser of the business without notice.

23. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

24. Entire Agreement

These Terms, including Schedule A, constitute the entire agreement between you and THE GLOW GROUP NE LIMITED.

25. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The English courts have exclusive jurisdiction.

Schedule A

UV Tanning Risk Acceptance and Waiver

By using UV tanning services, you acknowledge and agree:

  1. UV exposure carries known health risks, including skin damage and increased cancer risk.

  2. You accept and assume all risks associated with UV tanning.

  3. You have disclosed all relevant medical information.

  4. You waive and release THE GLOW GROUP NE LIMITED from claims to the fullest extent permitted by law, except where liability cannot be excluded.

  5. You agree to indemnify THE GLOW GROUP NE LIMITED against claims arising from misuse or non-disclosure.
